The house is located in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac.There are 2 bedrooms 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. On the top floor (steep stairs) there is an open large gallery with sloping ceilings, with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (130 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed and shower/WC and there are also 2 small balconies with terrace furniture.The large living/dining room includes an open fireplace, dining corner and satellite-TV (flat screen TV), radio and DVD. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, freezer and an electric coffee machine. Please note that the garage is 100m from the house.The small apartment house "Chesa Misaun" is on the outskirts, Pontresina is 7 km from St. Moritz. In the house there is washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). There is a 5 m long steep motor access to the house.
